I became a therapist after struggling with my mental health for nearly a decade. I used to be the most negative and unhappy person you'd ever met and now I can genuinely say I am one of the happiest. My passion for psychology and the unique ways we process and interpret our experiences led me to pursue it as my undergraduate major. After my own transformative experience with therapy, I knew I wanted to become a psychotherapist and help others navigate their journeys toward healing and self-discovery.
During my time at UCLA, I volunteered for the suicide hotline for three years, and that experience solidified my commitment to this work. Witnessing the profound impact I could have on someone in crisis showed me the power of support and connection in moments of deep struggle.

Today, I am grateful to work with my clients each week, making a consistent and meaningful impact in their lives. I currently specialize in eating disorders, mood disorders, anxiety, and interpersonal relationships. In addition to my clinical work, I am completing the final half of my PsyD program, with research focused on social media’s impact on intimate relationships.
